Lucia Vambe, founder and CEO of the Zimbabwe Life Project, was honoured during the King Charles Coronation celebrations in Harare in May 2023 for her hard work and dedication to improving mental health services.

This recognition highlights the significant impact that ZLP has made in bridging mental health care between the UK and Zimbabwe. Lucia's leadership has been instrumental in establishing partnerships and facilitating knowledge exchange programs that have benefited countless individuals.

Since founding ZLP in 2018, Lucia has worked tirelessly to create meaningful connections between mental health professionals across continents, ensuring that knowledge, skills, and resources are shared to improve patient care in Zimbabwe.
